I’m Kayleigh, I have been in the care sector since I left school. I started off at North East Community Workshop just as a volunteer helper, I enjoyed my time at the workshop that much that I applied for a full time roll as Day Service Support Worker. As I progressed into the workshop , so did my job role to Assistant Manager. I love coming to the workshop each day and seeing all the clients happy and ready to work, seeing each client progress is the goal and enjoy to see it happen.
