I had worked in the care sector for over 20 years in various roles, I had always heard great things about NECW so when the chance came to become the manager of the company I was delighted. 

The people who attend, our staff team, volunteers and our amazing community are what makes the workshop what it is today, a fantastic place with a very special atmosphere. 

I look forward to watching NECW grow along with the people we support.
