My name is Aidan, I’m a Support Worker at NECW. I never expected to find myself working in care, but now that I have been here for 2 years, I’m really enjoying it! My previous experience in professional driving and custodial work has given me many transferable skills, including communication, responsibility, patience and working well under pressure.
