North East Community Workshop Ltd offers A Unique and Enterprising Day Service in Aberdeen.

 

The service provides opportunities for people who have learning disabilities to learn and achieve a wide range of essential lifestyle and work related skills in a safe and friendly environment.  

In addition to skills development, we also focus on fostering social connections and building confidence.

Through group activities, collaborative projects, and community engagement, individuals have the chance to form meaningful relationships and grow their sense of independence. Our supportive environment encourages participants to explore their interests, develop their talents, and actively contribute to the community with pride and purpose.

We set up our own small enterprise; buying and selling brightly coloured socks!

Ink-Spire

Our latest enterprise is custom prints that can be put on tshirts, mugs or anything!

Gardening

We help with gardening in the local community, from weeding to planting!

Arts and Crafts

We create crafts for different holidays such as christmas, halloween and easter!

Cafe

We bake, cook and create small meals in our brand new kitchen!

Training Kitchen

We practice cooking, baking and much more in our brand new training kitchen.

Litter Recycling

We help the local community by collecting and recycling litter and unwanted waste.

Can Crushing

We collect cans from the local community and local businesses to recycle!
